I have seen many instruction son how to remove the hinge pins, but nowhere do I see any instruction on how to replace the foam insert which is blocked by a cover that goes from hinge to hinge. View attachment 1

Attached is a picture showing this cover.

The "cover" has a little bit of play. Slide the cover all the way to one side causing a small gap to open at the opposite end. Insert a wide slotted screwdriver into the slot at an angle so that it makes contact with the hinge pin. Push the screwdriver and pin towards the outside of the systainer. You get a little resistance and then it just pops free.

Thank you.
Will this allow me to remove the foam insert without obstructions. Removing the lid is only half the battle.

Vijay, I'm reasonably confident that once you get the bar and lid off, you will be able to remove the insert without issues. I don't believe that the foam inserts are glued from the factory, but pulling up on it should verify that. I know the plastic ones aren't.

Here's a short video showing one method for removing the bar. This is with a Classic Systainer, but the same method can be used with your T-LOC. I just grabbed a 3/4" chisel and popped the hinge pins on mine to verify. No issues, easy.

Thank you [member=48572]Shane Holland[/member]. Once you see the video it looks simple enough.
