How to remove vinyl floor adhesive

I'm removing the vinyl floor and want to know what you guys use to remove the adhesive and paper backing? The the vinyl comes off okay. I've read that some use heat guns and other use an adhesive remover solution. Any suggestions?

If you are removing a sheet vinyl floor, typically we remove the underlayment with the vinyl, and install new suitable for the new floor.  This saves removing the adhesive, and we know the new floor will bond to a factory recommended underlayment, and not void the warranty.
