The board I suggested is much lighter than that. I would guess around 100 kg/m^3.Same material commonly used for a CNC spoil board, makes a better work surface than a sheet of XPS if you're cutting table doubles as an assembly bench. It is so soft that you can make dents in it with your finger if you push hard enough.
You can also easily put a needle in it, so it has often been used for wall-mounted messageboards.
