Trying to fix an old Kapex. Armature needs replacing. I have the spare part. Only thing is I have no idea how to do this... I opened up the saw but I can't figure out the correct order of things. I took out the top cover of the motor housing first. Then took out the 4 long hex machine screws inside the housing, then I figured I also had to take out the left blade cover since there are 2 screws going into the motor housing from the side. Now it looks like the motor housing is moving up a little but it's not going any higher than 1/4 inch. Not sure why. I do see some wires are in the way, notably the laser wires. I don't see a mean to disconnect them. Will I be able to pop the motor housing out when I'm done disconnecting all the cables? BTW when I saw motor housing I'm referring to part 58 on the diagram.

I don't get it, some guy was posting on the forum that an armature switch is easy and takes 2 hours... What am I missing? Man I wish there was a step-by-step guide on how to dismantel the saw.
