HVLP Wax?!

This is a total left-field question-

Is it possible to spray some type of wax solution out of and HVLP gun?  The application is not woodworking however it seems with A special type of wax and/or  additive/chemical it would be possible.  I figured someone on here may have some knowledge about such a thing.

I would think yes since there are Automotive type spray waxes in Aerosol form and other manual sprayers.  Would seem to come down to getting the viscosity right and the spray tip and equipment set-up right as well.

A product called Polyvine , is a varnish that is sprayable and its formulated to have a wax type finish including the feel to the touch of a wax finish.
