Score!  My wife feed my addiction by introducing me to the drill lineup with this new C18 and Installers kit.  I'm tempted to drift out to the shop while no one is looking and build something just so I can use it.  ;)

No Festools this year.  I just picked up the Saw Stop job site saw before Christmas and my wife got me the new IPad Pro.

No festools but thanks to our good friend Peter Parfitt, I just learned of the value of why I absolutely have to own my first set of Wera 1/4" drive ratchet and sockets. Wera ratchetMy BIL gave me an Amazon gift card which was quickly redeemed for said set.  Expect them in the mail on Monday.  The Festool of hand tools! As finances permit, more will be forthcoming.

I got my apprentice a set of wera laser tip screwdrivers for Christmas, I have set and love them.

Looks like I wasn't the only one!  Wife got me the Domino 500 with accessory kit and tenon/cutter systainer.  Super excited!  Unfortunately the fence wasn't installed properly so there was no way for me to be able to align the horizontal scale.  Bummer!!

My mom and girlfriend (actually fiancé as of today) got me a Sys3,  two twin packs of bits, Festool stuby wood bits, two different Festool shirts and the Bosch 1294VSK. My Dad got me the OF 1010  [big grin]

[member=1584]joiner1970[/member] The fence isn't centered on the carriage , it was installed too far too the left (thus the gap on the right).  Since it's so far to the left, dead center is outside of the adjustment range for the clear window on top.  THe pivots are held in place with 2mm set screws but they're cranked down so tight that they can't be loosened (or they use a loctite type compound that requires heat to break.  Apparently I'm not the only one, seems like there are quite a few people with the same issues and Festool has them send the tool back.

That's the first I've heard of it.

I had to calibrate mine when I got it ,must be 3 years ago now. I moved the clear window and changed one of the paddles so its spot on now.

Wife got me the Venturo os 400 set back at the beginning of November as a early Christmas present and then surprised me yesterday with the  ts55r circular saw.
To saw in over the moon is an understatement.

I've got the ct wings. You're going to appreciate that little thing. It sure beats holding molding with a board wedged from the floor.
