heres the doors i'm working on for the wood shed at mom and pops house. the photo shows the face frame resting on the panel.
Panel, 1x4 pine glued, pocket screwed behind rails and biscuited inbetween, about 23" wide and 70-80" tall
Face Frame 1x pine, kreg jointed.
attaching the FF and panel. Should I glue and screw from back of panel, Or should I build in movement for expansion, if so, how?
my instinct is to glue the two together and fasten well from the back with screws.
if i wanted to allow for movement my only option would be to skip the glue, and screw into slotted holes.
thoughts?
thanks
