Interesting use for a drill

Lol nice!

Only thing I could see which could damage the drill is when the kid lets go of the trigger and the drill tries to come to a stop but because of the force(weight)of the bike-kid still trying to drive the drill

Make sure you get the C15 SET - it looks like you need the right angle attachment for it to work properly...  [wink]

the kid has no where to put his feet.  [scared]

That's sort of the point of those little wooden bikes.  They are marketed as better ways to learn to ride than bikes with training wheels.  The idea is that kids don't learn the right balance on training wheels where they do if they are just paddling around on a bike with no pedals/cranks in the way.  Most of these learning bikes are wooden, though there are a few around now that have cranks that can be partially removed so they go from a paddling bike to a pedaling bike.
I bought my son an inexpensive bike with training wheels and the cheap plastic bearings ... er bushing ... in the crank failed.  So, I made it into one of these for my daughter by ripping the cranks off.  She also had a bike with training wheels, so it wasn't totally effective.  But, it did make it clear that she used the training wheels to learn the wrong balance (turn and use the outside training wheel instead of counter-steer to lean into turn).  Because of the training wheel bike, she still had to go through the push-crash-push-crash-push-crash learning method to get it right without them.  Supposedly if you give them one of these bikes instead of a training wheel bike, they won't have to go through all the crashing.  Problem is, she couldn't go fast/keep up with their friends on a paddle type bike so she really didn't like it.

Once you power it though, should add some pegs.  But, I guess the guy would've needed a drill for that :).

this is AWESOME!  looks like im gonna have to get a few "extra" festools to motorize my son's toys.
