It isn't something Festool make.

I saw that a few days ago, it's one that the guy has made himself (or had it made for him). Looks like he's done a good job of it too! Probably no good for fine dust, but for chips it's probably great. Removing a lot of material with a planer can fill a Mini bag in under 2 minutes...
