Is it possible to visit Festool HQ in Germany?

Sorry if posted in wrong forum. I wasn't sure where this one actually fits....

I am going to Germany next week and was wondering if it is possible to visit Festool HQ? I have heard there is a museum of sorts and a small store. Anyone have first hand experience? It will be about a 90 minute drive from where I will be staying.

There isn’t a public museum. Festool has a collection of old items that they occasionally show during tours, but the headquarters doesn’t have a visitor center. The tours @bertv mentioned are offered in Weilheim (the production facility), not in Wendlingen, where the headquarters is located. Both locations are nearby, about 20 minutes apart by car.

I would give them a ring to see what’s possible on the date you're there.

Definitely worth reaching out to them. I've toured different manufacturing facilities during trips to Germany. One thing to keep in mind is that, unless it says "in English" the tour will be in German. But it's still worthy. I did a BMW tour and the only slot available while I was there was a German tour. Well worth the bewilderment of language!
