I'm trying to build something and was curious if there's any empty boxes that fit well into a systainer without wasting much space?  Possibly something like the sandpaper inserets minus the dividers or a smaller version of the Sys toolbox.  I'm using either a 337 or t loc iv.

Are you planning to stack tray layers?

Uhm, there is the boxes in the Domino Systainers. But not for that height.

Plano 3700 will fit quite nicely into a Classic - IV. I have not tried them in a T-Loc or Sys3. But I can check it out in a bit.

Tanos has a set for that, which is similar;

But it's more expensive than a Sortainer  SYS 4 TL-SORT/3, so ...

Sorry,  I should clarify more.  What I'm looking for would be 1 big open box with 4 walls.  I'm trying to put some custom organizers inside the box so they don't move around.  What would be perfect is if the deep sandpaper insert had no dividers walls and just was a plain sqare.

For the sake of info .......................  the Planos fit into the T-Loc and Sys3 similarly.

Get some plastic or plywood and build whatever size boxes you want. I like ABS for making boxes.

Probably not what the OP is after, but may be interesting to someone - Makita make a canvas tote insert for their sys classic based Makpac boxes. Being canvas, they will presumably conform to t-loc as well:

I could use that canvas insert, unfortunately seems to be NAINA. I somehow ended up with an empty classic systainer from an old TS55 that I'm repurposing for sometimes travel tools.

Awesome, thanks Ron! I was poised to hack something together but for $28 bucks, fuggitaboudit, order placed. Looks like it sells for around $13 US in the UK, so free shipping...

Not complaining, I'm happy to have the choice. With Axminster/DHL I receive orders in 2-3 days with low shipping costs, I've become accustomed to shopping at their site when I can't otherwise find stuff.
