I've been working on gearing up to tackle some Roxul insulation install and came across this guy: http://www.bygghouse.com/skarbord-the-professionals-insulation-cutting-tool/

Seems a bit expensive, but what a time saver.  Might try building my own.

Sword saws work too, and Festool makes one.

I laid each sheet out on a 6' folding table and cut it with a framing square as a guide and an electric carving knife.  Worked super.
