Ha you think having restrictive import laws are helping to sell SA goods? Not a chance. The market here is flooded with chinese merchandise selling at a much much lower price also sc***ing over the SA market not to mention the Government here that is so corrupt it seems it almost endorses crime so that people will have to buy more stuff, pay more tax and fill their pockets that little bit more. It's a shame Mandela is so old because I believe that if he could see SA how it is now he would be ashamed.

However we at least did not cause a HUGE oil leak in the middle of the ocean and then struggle to plug it. I can't imagine how thats going to hurt the UK.

You do know it is BP who *caused it right? BP = British Petrolium. BP = Not British?
Apparently they owe millions in damages and have lost 3 times as much money in oil :/

At the least it's going to make petrol go up a little bit for you guys.

* Note I do not mean that BP caused it on purpose, it was an accident.

Chris, I think you will find that fuel prices will increase globally as the supply will diminish against the demand. BP is a UK based multinational company and has an American corporate office. The 'accident' was best described by a blogger as " engineering designers underestimating the force of mother nature" [eek] but in this litigeous world we live in it will equate to someone being blamed, certain companies being fined and us all paying extra in insurance premiums to cover the multi-levelled insurance companies payouts.
While down the line the affected wildlife and livelyhoods of those who rely on nature for an income will be forgotten. [sad]

However, what will be of huge concern to us, as Festool customers and/or addicts, is that due to many plastics being sourced from the oil industry and the increase in transport fuel costs and insurance policies, is of course we will be less able to afford them [eek] [eek] [scared]

and its a shame about the people who have lost there jobs and businesses.

makes me upset the most are the animals who are affected by all this.

I must disagree with you regarding the cleaning. If ( as you state ) NHS offices are dirty, that doesn't necessarily have anything to do with the origin of the people who actually do the job of cleaning these offices.
In my experience, people originating from lesser developed countries are prone to do an excellent job. Perhaps even a better job than fellow workers from the "first world" countries. And for lesser wages as well, 99%  of the time.
And they're employees - point your accusations to their employers.

I will have to disagree with you there with the employees cus its far less than 99% but I also agree with you with the employers it is also the employers fault. Mite be different in Holland. When I lived there for 10 years I enjoyed it and your health service is brilliant compared to NHS(UK) I lived in Noord Brabant little town called Made. Things like braces is very commen in Holland because its best time sort your teeth out but here  UK teeth hygiene seems to be Zero and the dentist don't care I know because I have lived England 13 years Holland 10 years I have used NHS but I now always go Private because I don't like waiting months to have something sorted out and have a rubbish job done

My brother broke his hand in a gym because some one dropped a weight onto it he drove with one hand to Stafford Hospital in UK they looked at it n said nothing wrong with your hand and send him home. He was in a lot of pain! Me and my Mother looked at his hand and his little finger and ring fingers where bent down. So my mum went mad called up the Hospital and said I will sue you with everything I got if you don't sort his hand out because I know its broken. They where very sorry and said to tell him to come back in and we will have another look. Turned out is was broken in two places and needed two plates screwing into his hand.

I can go on and on but I cant I have been told off so cant say no more so this is my last little rant lol.

Tell you what I should be moaning about it my Festool Cravex!!!!!  I Paid for it 2 weeks ago and I still have not received it from festool. The 500pounds  has been out of my bank for 2 weeks and I have nothing to show for it.

I have been using the Ug Kapex stand I got that after 2 days but was told the jigsaw would soon fallow.
