Kapex micro adjustment?

Has anyone devised a micro adjustment for the miter cut?  I love the bevel dial but was hoping for more than the kinda primitive "bump left or right" to fine tune a miter.

On the left flag stop make a bracket that you can mount a depth micrometer, either digital or linear, set this up at zero with your graduations on the left trimming attachment, then you can adjust the additional material to be removed using the micrometer post that extends towards your blade.

Thanks, Guess I was looking for a dial to adjust the mitre

Using the 5 cut method, you can adjust your miter to within gnats hair.  Once you have this set, you only need to adjust the length of your stock.  Unless you are making compound cuts?  It would take a bit of work and make your saw quite heavy, but your could mount a rotary table chuck attached to your miter bed that would permit you to add or remove degrees to your cut.  That being said, it would be simpler to make a drop in lift for a MFT encompassing a rotary table chuck and use a TS55 to cut your miters.  I use a rotary chuck on milling machines to index for holes.  It is just a simple rack and pinion mechanical system.

hold in the lock button and one slap is 1/4 degree 2 taps is a 1/2 degree. Not sure if there is a patent on this micro adjuster or not.
