Kapex on backorder

Ordered a Kapex thru my dealer on 2-16-15. Just found out today (2-24) that they are on backorder. I would hope that the 10% off will still be honored if they are not received during the sale period?

There are already some threads on the forum about the backorder situation. Yes, participating dealers should honor the promotional pricing for orders placed on or before 2/28.

In another response you said that the 10% off will be honored for back orders. Now you are saying that they should be honored. I assume it is the former and not the latter.

Well, I edited my post, but ultimately I cannot speak on behalf of dealers.

We have communicated to dealers that we will honor the promotional pricing for product ordered prior to the end of the promotion. The dealer should pass that on to their customers. But, I am not a legal representative for every dealer.  [blink]

For most folks, about 1-2 weeks max depending on when your dealer ordered.

Thanks, Shane. Just got a call from my dealer telling me my saw will be here next week. I'm preparing a new home for the saw in my shop, so this is working out just fine.
