Kapex UG wings scale readings

Hi,

I am setting up my Kapex UG wings.  I have a question about the scale on the inner extension arm.  How are the numbers supposed to proceed as you pull it from its nesting place? 

Is it supposed to proceed from 148 (the end of the larger wing) to 149 and increase as you pull it out, or is it supposed to start with 249 (or whatever it is) as you pull it out and then decrease until fully extended?  In the latter example, the numbers are in the correct order when pulled out fully.

How's it supposed to work?

The scale on the inner extension increases as you pull it out and shows the measurement from the blade to the stop.
