After a long period of time, finally getting around to starting my kitchen cabinets. To cut the panels, I used my MFT table, Kapex crown stops, rails and Qwas dogs. I didnt take alot of pictures but these give the idea.
I use the dogs as end stops. To set the rail distance, I laid a Starret ruler under the rail and butted up to a dog. Then set the rail at my desired cut length. Did this on both sides of the table.
Being too picky, I then put 2 dogs adjacent to each other, close the rail. Each side. Then used a mitutoyo depth gauge by bridging the depth gauge between the dogs and pushing the gauge against the rail to final adjust.
I am using my Kapex crown stops to further support the wood and provide some stability.
Right now my cuts are within 0.1 to 0.2 mm across 38.5 inches. I am using my TS55.
In the past I asked questions, thought I would share
