This the 3rd video in making the seat. Showing how I attempted to glue up 26 dominos in a 4 foot span. This was fun project and the most I have used my XL for one project. The end posts were also joined with 3 more dominos on each side, for a total of 32.
Feel free to watch parts 1 & 2 and leave me a comment and subscribe.
I have attached a video link also.

This is my first post so I hope the link works:

First post!

Welcome to FOG.  That bench looks great.  Lots of work in making the notched spindles.  Curious how you made them?  And it looks like some chip carving on the top piece as well.

Look forward to more of your work!

Looks great. I liked your videos as well. While watching part 3, I keep saying to my wife that you should just lay the 2 sections down flat on the table and put them together. I'm glad that the glue didn't dry up on you.

I carefully drew a idea on a piece of paper, copied that to cardboard template, handed it to my wife and said " I need 13 of these" also, " you may wish some extra in case I screw this up" . She cut them out with the scroll saw and bandsaw. If you watch Video #2 I did shape the edges with a carving gouge.

Where were you when I needed help?

Just watched the other two videos.  Nicely done.  Lots of hand work.  I like your evolved design much better than the first drawing!
