I have used the Kreg clamps since they came out.  I added them on top of my Precision Dogs Clamp Plates and they do wonders!  I have so much holding power and with the long reach, I can clamp down a range of things without adjusting.

Thanks for the demo video. I like the simplicity of the workflow with these clamps.. I'm poised to stamp the buy button...

I ordered the Kreg 3" clamps and the Veritas star knobs to go with them from Lee Valley. Also bought 3 IWASAKE Carving Files, a round over router bit, a gouge, just waiting for it to arrive here in Scandinavia within 5 days. Crazy to order it all from Canada, but Lee Valley had sourced a range of items that I was interested in but couldn't find at one place in the EU.. Oh I also got a file guiding knob so they can be used like a plane.. which is more ergonomic..

[member=2018]fshanno[/member] For what it's worth, I just returned the armor in line clamp and dog fence after about two weeks of use. The in line clamp is advertised as fitting 20mm holes, but I found that there was too much play when clamping a piece down, such that it lifted off the table. Same story with the fence, which would raise up about 1/16 with the workpiece when any pressure was applied. I was thinking about writing up a review on the FOG based on my experiences, but I don't feel comfortable delivering such a negative review for a company that is obviously trying hard with its products. Maybe their toggle clamp works better?  They really should provide some sort of under the table securing mechanism, though.

I think a third contender should be entered in the competition, Armor Tool.  There have been a couple of threads on FOG earlier in the year.

I was in a Woodcraft today and they had a display.  They look good to me.
