KS 60 zero insert file. I maybe wishful thinking but.....

I purchased a small CNC machine last Christmas and have been having a great time learning to use it - best 150$ I have spent in a long time and it also keeps my retired brain challenged! haha

I have a mind to make a zero clearance set-up for my Kapex 60 and was wondering if anyone has an svg or pdf they could share with the relevant shapes etc. - particularly the insert piece.
I am sure I could come up with something on my own but this would save me a lot of trial and error (and swearing, no doubt!)

Can't help with a KS60 insert ( I have a KS120 one) sorry, but congrats on the CNC, they are a lot of fun!

Thought I'd share a new, simple "zero clearance insert block" for the Festool Kapex KS 120 EB. I remixed this from Dudadz3d's original model that fits the Kapex KS 120 REB.

Why is this cool?

• Doesn't require any modifications to the Kapex original fence
• Doesn't require an auxiliary fence and its drawbacks (thicker auxiliary fences interfere with the Kapex swiveling clamps)
• Is easy to install and remove, and retains an exact position when re-installed

That is a very elegant solution! I have only ever seen "full fence" solutions.
I like this plug-in-as-needed concept and need to check to see if the KS 60 fence is the same as the 120
