I was amazed by the lantern, but those matched panels - unbelievable! Simply gorgeous!

Wow, you're really getting some mastery at this.  Really enjoy the work, and thanks for continuing to post.

How did you do those crescent shapes?  Are they bent, or sawed in that shape?

The curved pieces are bent by hand. Broke a few but that is part of the process.

Where did you learn how to do this beautiful work?  Is there a guide or reference available if someone is interested in trying this out?
 
Looks great!  I see one difference in the book matched panels, but I love the intricate joinery!
