Just wanted to let the world know that although I am a huge believer in Festool and have lots of them and other European machinery and the support is excellent, I recently had a great experience with Laguna tools CNC tech department and a fine gentleman by the name of John Wake. John not only was very helpful regarding a Laguna Swift I just purchased used but he actually phoned me back the following day as he had forgotten to tell me a bit of important information. He told me that he had been "awake all night" thinking that the info he forgot may have caused "52 pickup" with the gantry carrier balls falling out and everywhere. Remember I did not buy this machine from Laguna but still received a level of service as if I had.
