I am looking for a new laminate file recommendation.  We currently use Plasti-Cut and my guys blow through them in a week.  Filing laminate and PVC.  Is there any other good recommendations for another manufacturer that produces a good file?

Save edge (dual cut handi-file) are the best laminate file I've found.  As far as longevity goes, having them resharpened is the way to go. Savedge no longer sharpens and the company that does is named Boggs tool in California.  I usually ship around 50 files in and with freight it costs about $3.00 each.  Life is to short to use a dull file.

Betterly makes great products!  I've use their seaming router for over 20 years and would not want to be without it. I recently purchased a "straightline" router which replaced a lamello lamina e2,  and it works very well.  The cost of cutters on the lamello is steep (almost $100.00 ea.)
A commercial shop that I did a lot of work for used an "air file" which was amazing except for short bit life  which eventually caused them to abandon it.
