Little Bench I made this week

Hi there. I have been browsing the forum for a while. So I thought I'd register and participate. I thought I'd  start by showing you what I made last week with the help of my trusted Festool stuff.

Above is a little bench with Danish Cord seat. the Bench is out of walnut. All joints are done with Dominos and all parts are rounded over on the CMS unit with the 1400 Router. All straight surfaces are handplaned. The finish is walnut oil from the Salad Dressing aisle of the supermarket.

This is some detail of the weave for which no festool was needed.

Very nice job. How long does it take to learn how to weave? How long did it take to do the bench?
