Thanks for the vid Peter...rather interesting how the TS and rail are used for curved cuts.

I wonder how many times you can refinish the deck before it becomes too thin? They seem to be using some pretty aggressive paper for the first round of sanding so that it doesn't just heat up and smear the Sikaflex.

Thanks for the vid [member=1674]Peter Halle[/member] Do you know what sander they're using on the caulk?  That's one beast of a unit.  I can't imagine how expensive that full teak deck is.

It's untreated 0-1 tool steel, though.

Not sure if there is one or not.
