looking for instructions on setting the clearance for TS and the rail.

I got my saw back from service some time ago and it appears that my saw is drifting towards the rail as indicated by the lack of splinter edge left on my rail.  No biggy.  I know there is a tutorial out there and that one of my brothers will know where to find it.

I'm not 100% sure this is what you mean, but if you are looking to adjust your saw position relative to the splinterguard, it's covered in the Supplemental Manual on Page 12.

Chris:
It sounds like the hinge block is moving back to it's original setting or the setting before you sent it in for service. The pad under the block gets seated (at least mine is) and the saw seems to migrate back to that spot.
Have you tried tightening the hinge block mounting screws?
