Does Festool offer a smaller diameter Centrotec countersink than the 3.5mm . I bought the 3.5mm and the 4.5mm, as they were the smallest that I could find and will work with most of my fastener needs. Having a 2.5mm would be nice for smaller screws in certain applications. The smallest, part number #492523, is just a bit large at times. Thank you

They do offer this counter sink that is advertised as a 2 mm to an 8 MM:

Thanks guys, but these are the CE countersinks with free spinning depth stop. I believe the drill bit inside the assembly is what sets the size for it, so I'm trying to see if Festool offers a 2.5mm CE Countersink assembly [not just a regular countersink]  I added the 3.5mm part number in my post so as not to confuse anyone.  Apparently, I still did... [embarassed] [embarassed] Thanks again..... [big grin]

Leaky Roof,
I use my Festool countersunk nearlyevery day and i'd like a smaller one too. Festool - that's 2 orders out of 10 million customers - what are you waiting for?  ;D

What you are looking for is not available from Festool in North America nor Europe.  In other words NAA (Not available anywhere).  The item I posted will do the countersink portion with the skill of the user, but will not drill the screw hole.

Correct Peter, and I have a multitude of that type of countersink. I was just hoping Festool had a smaller CE depth stop version lurking somewhere in Europe catalogs. Well, 2 out of 10 million is a start.... [blink]  Back to wishing for square drive bits now too...... [wink]

Well I'd buy 2 so does that count as 3/10 mil?
