Lost hardware for dust extractor handle

Does Festool sell dust extractor handle mounting hardware separately? 

Not sure how he did it, but an employee managed to misplace/throw away the screw pack and instructions for the handle.  I'm pretty sure it would be more useful attached to my CT26, but I won't know until I can get it mounted up.  Ideas appreciated.

I would contact the Festool service department directly and explain what happened.  They will be able to help you out with parts.
