I wasn't too excited by the announcement of the release of the Syslite in NA. However, when I went shopping for a small lamp that fit my needs in my art studio the Syslite I took a closer look. Having received it, I am very impressed by it. I have it mounted on a tripod. Since it gives off no heat, I can have it right next to me without bother. The battery lasts a long time, and to make it work even longer I can use my t15 drill batteries.
