LR 32 9.5 stop setting?

Just got my LR 32 set and can't see the relevance of the 9.5mm setting on the end stops,  of course i get the 32 and 16 gives you centre and off centre settings.
I havent had a play with it yet so perhaps it will become clear but i thought id put it to you guys first to see what you know..

It's the halfway point for 19mm sheet goods.  Making construction holes at 9.5mm from the edge will line up the corner to the edge.

It's also the spacing for rafix fittings - it's a 20mm hole with the center 9.5mm from the edge.  Some rafix fittings have a second, smaller hole another 32mm in (41.5mm total from the edge).

Page 46 of Guido Henn's Chaos Wall article shows the spacing.  He's got his own jig, but you can see how you could use the LR32 -

thanks for the info and link, all makes sense now.

did a few hundred holes today and as expected was a joy to use and put a big smile on my face.

think i'll be buying the 2424 guide pretty soon, but why do they not do a 2700 with holes, thats what we all want surely!?
