MFK 700 Trim Router

Presently looking at the MFK 700 Trim Router but it looks like it has been around for awhile and this morning ( I can't remember on which sellers web site) I saw that the Trim Router has been discontinued.  My questions are:  Is a new trim router about to be released by Festool and if Festool is stopping the manufacturing  of trim routers all together?  [scared]

I'm not sure why the dealer would list it as discontinued. The MFK 700 is not discontinued and there is no planned update to my knowledge.

Earlier in the year in the UK, a "new" MFK 700 was launched. Has the same thing happened perhaps in the US now causing the dealer to think it had been discontinued because an "old" part number had been withdrawn or something similar?

Garry,

Since we don't have the Conturo, we don't have that MFK. But, I think it includes an accessory that's used with the Conturo edgebander.

No product number changes here. No updates. No changes in scope of delivery. At least for the foreseeable future.
