MFT/3 modified for two CMS Inserts

I'm contemplating on converting my MFT/3 to house the router insert and the TS 75 insert.  As shown in the attachment.

Do you guys see any problem with it besides that I'm in NAINA?  Is it a good setup for a small shop?  Or will it get in the way trying to go back and forth.  I have another table that I use for Cross cutting and use it for the majority of my work.

Personally, I'd replace the MFT top with plain mdf or ply/laminate.

If you use the CMS modules in the MFT, you won't be able to fold up the MFT without first removing the modules.  Just a thought...
