Thank you to anyone who can offer some insight here!
I am in the process of designing a new workbench, and I would like to put an MFT top on it - I have a Parf Guide system coming to do that with.
Part of my design is to include a flat piece underneath the MFT top to catch dust and other items that might fall down. The MFT top itself will be loose - held in on the sides by a rebate only, so it could be lifted up to clean underneath and retrieve items.
My big question is this - how much clearance underneath the table do I need to allow for general day-to-day use? Never having used and MFT, I have no idea myself, and want to allow enough room in my design.
Thank you for any wisdom you may be able to share!
