MFT 3 threaded inserts?

The perforated replacement top for the MFT 3 comes with the threaded inserts, right? I assume it does not come with the allen bolts.

The replacement top has the inserts installed.  I just so happen to have one in the living room and cut open a corner of the box to check.  Allen bolts are not included.
