I’ve found some older posts on how to fix an MFT table levelling foot that doesn’t want to behave. Unfortunately the posts are so old the photos have disappeared. I have the problem of trying to turn the foot and have the adjustment stay stable. It took a strap wrench to get the rubber part of the foot to even turn. Then when adjustments were made the table just sunk back down with any amount of pressure applied. I’ve removed the rubber outer foot part. What are my options now for getting it working properly?

Take it off and remove all the grease.
I ended up taking both out and wiping everything down with a shop cloth (paper towel). The small adjustment I did finally manage to get out of it wasn’t sufficient to get the MFT/3 in-line with the attached extension table so I could slide a sheet of plywood across them both. I ended up turning down the levelling feet on the extension as far as they would go and sliding 6mm (1/4”) mdf under the two MFT feet on that side. I can still feel and hear a slight catch as I slide the plywood across the join, but it’s at least manageable now. I guess my floor is just really wonky 🤷‍♀️

I went to YouTube and there was a video called “Cleaning and adjusting your MFT table”, which covered all aspects of the bench except the height adjustment. :(

My shop-made MFT-style outfeed and assembly bench for my table saw had to be height adjustable to allow smooth transition of the work piece to the outfeed table. To accomplish that, I used Rockler’s heavy duty adjustable feet. These would not be easily adapted to the MFT table, but perhaps to the table that you are trying to match height to.

In any case, they are 4 for $20.00. They are height adjustable with an Allen wrench. That turned out to be a tedious task until I got an Allen wrench adapter for my ratchet set.

NOTE: Most of these levelers require you lift the table and turn the feet manually. This version allows you to work from the top, a better solution. The set will hold 800 pounds (200 pounds per corner), so it is heavy duty set.

For what it is worth, here it is (a link to Rockler and an image):
