I have noticed that the saws are for sale at Home Depot. However none of the stores have one set up. I would seriously consider buying one but I would like to check it out not just buy a box.

Preorder?  I just checked and the saw is in stock at 18 of the 20 local HD stores and they all include an extra battery. [smile]  Some of the HD stores have 5 or 6 of them in inventory.
