Im thinking about getting a cordless circular saw and the festool one is not on my radar. However the milwaukee fuel is.
Im looking at the 7 1/4" saw. With the motor on the left.
Does anyone own one and can comment on its performance? It looks amazing in the youtube vids ive seen.
Im hoping it can be adapted to fit the festool rails somehow but also to use it free for framing and such.
I spend so much time setting up power and running leads im really hoping some cordless saws might cut down this time.

I use two of Milwaukee's 18v cordless Li-ion battery saws...one for wood and a steel cutting saw that I use for modifying commercial steel doors for height and lite cutouts.  They are simply great, I use the steel cutter more as I do a lot of commercial steel entrances.  I have three batteries for each (the steel cutter is a 6 7/8" one that takes the older style Li batteries) and have their cordless 18V vac with will use either type battery.  GREAT tools.

Great thanks, if i could adapt it to fit a rail they would have my money no doubt!
