Anyone in the UK or the EU have one of these? I would love to have a multi headed drill driver, but dont want to add another battery platform to what I carry if I can help it. I would have to find a vendor that would ship it to the US which could be expensive. Should I bite the bullet and just get a Bosch Flexiclick?

I can't help you with the Milwaukee, but I have had the 12V Bosch Flexiclick since it first came to the US. It is a fantastic and versatile drill. It surprised me at how much power it has for such a small package. I have used all of the various attachments and they work flawlessly. I like it so much that I purchased one for my son who thought these little drills were toys. No longer, they have become go to drills over 90% of the time for our typical uses in home improvement, woodworking and cabinetry projects. The batteries last far longer than I expected.
