This question must have come up many times before, but I cannot find any threads: who does one connect a Mirka Ceros to a Festool CT26e?

I am about to take possession of a Mirka Ceros, and am after the simplest and cheapest method to connect it to my CT26e. I have the Festool 27mm hose and a Bosch 35mm hose, both of which are used with the 26e (tip: the Bosch 35mm antistatic hose looks identical to the Festool, but is blue instead of green and 35mm instead of 36mm. They are interchangeable. The Bosch is half the price of the Festool).

I do not want to be pulling off the 27mm hose end each time I use the Ceros. Is there a plug-on hose end, or an available hose that may be substituted? Antistatic is a must.

There is a 4m long x 20mm antistatic Mirka hose available (it is quite cheap - around $40). This is used for the hand sander, of which I have two. Is this too small for the Ceros?

I can hook up my Deros just fine to my CTL Midi 27mm Festool hose end. I haven't tried a Ceros but I understood they're basically the same in that respect.

Should be no problem....

The 20mm hoses for the hand sanders are the same size as the Deros opening (I've got that combo myself) and won't fit.

Thanks all. That video makes it appear that I may not need any attachment as my 27mm hose may be an older style and fit the Ceros. I shall wait for delivery.

FWIW I have the newer bayonet style hose end and it works just fine, it has never even been close to coming off.
