I’ve been using my domino, a lot of 5, 6mm and it’s nice and tight.
But my 10mm mortises seem to be consistently loose.
Any common mistakes to avoid? Or is my cutter too big? It’s all genuine Festool…

As unlikely as it may be, please examine the cutter to see if it has any damage. Also place a 10mm tenon against the tip of the cutter to see if there's any significant difference between them.
