just finished this up today, and thought I would share.  ! again all made from scratch, using the festool system !

and the last picture shows which festool I used to do this project,,  Almost All OF Them !

Are those doors beadboard sticks or a piece of beadboard ply?

Kreg did you plow all your flutes out of a single piece of mdf and then trim them to width?

I have found that method to be faster and more sure than trying to rout the strips.

those are sheets of beadboard cut to size.
Paint. Is primed brushed and rolled. Then caulked and sanded. Then painted with Sherwin Williams super paint. Also brushed and rolled.

made them from 1x4. Cut to 3" then I put them on the mft 3 and shot a nail into each end to hold in place then flute each piece. I use popular never mdf. I use the of1400 with a fluting bit and the edge guide attached to the router.

How much of the cabinetry did you build onsite vs. in your shop?  On jobs like this, I build everything in my shop, then have minimal sawing, etc during the install.

That is some beautiful work!  I love the beadboard door panels and back panels.  Makes it less formal yet still elegant.  I have green envy with all those Festools and MFT's you have. 
PS BTW, It's interesting that the picture of your Festools drew more views than your project itself.  I think people here (myself included) like to see what others have going on in their shop.

Funny because i was going to say the same thing!!!!
I guess we are more curious about how many tools others have!!!

thanks for pointing that out, did not notice.  so far looking at tools is 30 ahead of the overall view.  !  yep we are all tool hounds.

the blue bosch jig on the table is set up for coping with the collins coping foot.  this picture was not set up.. I was working in my customers garage and all of a sudden noticed all the tools as they were and said picture time !

so far it has been the most popular.  and thanks for all the comments.
