Well, I think I got it. BM Advance and SW Proclassic like to go on super thin. Using a 2mil needle, in my Earlex 5500, and diluting the paint with 10% warm water, I was able to achieve good results. The fan is about 3"wide and and I travel 4" above the surface. I do make 2 passes at 90 degrees to each other. Just finished 3 panels and not one spec/air bubble or crater. Well see in about 2 hours when it has had more tie to dry.
I have my fingers crossed.
Thanks to everyone for sharing their knowledge and experience in this matter. I have learned a lot over the last month. It was definenitly and experiment I do not want to do again.
Cheers,
JC
