And Mrs. WOW makes fudge, not brownies - but you're forgiven for not remembering that.

It took me about two months to design it, gather the pieces, and build it. And then I took it apart and re-built it. Several times. Then it took ANOTHER two months over the last week (OK, maybe it only *seemed* like two months?) to shoot and edit the video. I spent 14 hours on it today just finishing it up to make the deadline.
I am happy with how both the PowerTainer 3 and the video turned out. Now we'll see if either are good enough to win a prize?

'Loved it, a very well, thought out accessory.
Definitely, not a slapped together production, script and narration. I assume that was your voice. Did you play the classical guitar, too?

Great job on the power-sys Wayne. You have a very good narrator voice also, very calming. Or maybe it was the guitar. I don't know but I liked it. The editing wasn't half bad either.
I spent the coldest part of the winter studying Adobe Premiere and After Effects. They do amazing things but the learning curve is quite steep. So good luck with the contest.

I played briefly with Premiere years ago when it was THE editing program for the Mac, but never went beyond 'playing' with it.
[member=27126]ChrisK1970[/member] - You've got one of my First Aid Systainers, so you shouldn't be THAT surprised, right? Like I've posted before, I seem to have a thing for systainers! [big grin]
[member=18116]Clweed[/member] - I wonder why they call them MANicure's when mostly WOMEN get them? While I was editing I noticed that my fingers were kinda rough, but it was too late then. Anyway it proves I don't spend all of my time with my hands on a keyboard.

I did a few 'practice reads' to see how it sounded and to play with the phrasing and stuff. After I was finished tweaking the script, I recorded the narration in one continuous take on the first try.

I like the solution you came up with for battery charger storage. I've seen some home-brew charger carriers and plywood power boxes, and none of them are half as useful as they are hokey looking. Your system is clean and easy.
It could be worthwhile to appropriate parts of the Sham-WOW commercial.

IF you are not going to produce these for sale, could you share a materials list for those of us who want to draft off of your ingenuity!

great concept and terrific execution wow. the narration is impressive too--you've got my vote to be the james earl jones of festooldom.
p.s. i'm betting the next version will have a first aid kit worked into an attic sys lid--two of your great ideas put together. the name might have to change to the POWER-t-AID-er
