I am trying to identify a small part that came with my MFT/3.

It is a metal object a little over an inch long that slides into a slot on the MFT rail. It has a locking screw in the center. The ends are rounded.

The closest thing I found in the spare parts blowup is called a "strip". The diagram is too fuzzy to ascertain the part as being what I need.

I need to order 5 of these pieces for a project.

That sounds like the feather key (2 per mft) that are used as stops for the guiderail holding mechanism.  They are available thru ekat.
