Mystery Part

Can anyone identify the part in the attached photo and what tool it goes with?

I know it is able to clamp onto the FS tracks and the lever tightens it there. But what does the rest do? An actual part number would be outstanding, if anyone knows it.

I don’t know the part number but I believe that is the fence support for the MFT/3.

In the MFT/3 manual, it is called the "additional clamp for stop ruler". This helps a great deal. Thanks again!
