I don't have any new projects coming up, so I really dragged this out in order to give me something to do.... I kept coming up with new ideas along the way.

No blockage issues whatsoever Justin..... I don't notice any difference with dust extraction as compared to a straight link-up with the vac.

Nice cart!  A few questions;

• What 90 fitting did you use at the vac?  Is it anti-static too?
• Why not turn vac around to have controls up front? 
• Why separate tubes for hose and cord?
