Is there something unique about these mats other than the logo?

Yes, just look at that deep Festool green. ;)
They are brand new and I have not laid eyes, nor hands on one. I am assuming they are of good, industrial quality; other than that, I can't say.

Ok, I'm curious now, how does that work, anti-fatigue? You stand on them and you don't get tired so quickly as when you stand on the ground?  [smile]

Well, that's the USA parlance anyhow. But actually your feet, legs and lower back feel way better (less fatigued)  as opposed to standing on the ground..........

I thought it meant you had to wear your dress uniform or civilian clothes...

I have an anti-fatigue mat and it does make a difference when standing for long periods of time. Kind of a springy , resilient , cushion type of thing.

This is going to be very expensive covering my entire garage floor  [eek]

If you've ever been on any college track and field course, that would give you a pretty good idea how it would feel...a little springy and good for the tools should it ever take a dive by accident. I'm not going by this specific one but in general, that's what these anti-fatigue mats feel like (at least the decent ones anyhow and we know Festool doesn't skimp).

I'm going to hold out for the Festool magic carpet  [wink]

While I don't have a date, that's being released with the anti-peel Systainer stickers.  Prolly gonna be awhile...

Agree, Seth - especially as you start to put on the weight - and the years.

Good description!

I bought anti-fatigue mats from Axminster.  They work really good.  About 12mm thick dense foam & they are kinda like a jigsaw.  About 300mm x 300mm that lock together.  Any idea what size these mats are ?  You would probably need 2 of these for a side of a bench so could be costly to go right round a bench !

These are 2' x 3'.*

Bob

*This is the correct size, not the 3' x 5' that I originally posted.
