Hello all
Well the kapex arrived today along with ug cart and wings..
Having a check over it i noticed a few things...
left fence is a little out of square, right one seems stiff and fine when locked down.
The middle of the table (part that turns) sits about 1mm higher than the left and right.. does this at -45 / 90 and 45.
The left ug wing sits flush at the front and drops about 1.5mm down at the back, Must be due to V groove inaccuracy on the table? I haven't bothered with the right extension wing.
Do the slide bar bearings loosen a little bit with use as they seem a little stiff to get started which causes a small jump into a sliding cut.
anyone else have issues like this and how can they be resolved?
On a positive note the laser was set perfect and the cut is nice lol
Little disappointed as i was so excited and not to mention the cost! really don't want to go through he hassle of returning/replacement only o get another with same issues... especially if i can just tweak it myself.
Many Thanks
