Heyas! 

Ok, I did a search per forum etiquette.  However, the search terms are a bit loose, so I didn't come up with anything. 

I've got a 150/5 RO sander.  I'm currently sanding down some varnish on my old Chris Craft boat.  I'm using the 240 and 320 Brilliant sandpaper. 

I'm also using a 3M 05777 sanding interface pad. 

However, the 3M pad doesn't have the Festool hole pattern. 

So, here's the question:  Does Festool make a similar interface pad? 

The reason I ask is that the vacuum system doesn't work nearly as well when the holes don't line up (as I'm sure you all know, but I thought I'd make obvious in case someone thought I just wanted to be cool with my hole lining abilities.)

Yeah, I've been a member of many forums since the beginning of the interwebs. 

I kind of know what to expect these days.

Do yourself a favor and buy from Tom (or any of the real dealers) as opposed to Amazon.
Its worth supporting those fellas as they provide fantastic support on bigger purchases.

Trik414  This Chris Craft looks like a1952 Racing Runabout that I helped restore about 6 years ago. This two cockpit was powered by a 158 Hp Model MBL Engine. Do you have the hull # by any chance. If this is what I think there were only 500 built
My Chriscraft Book gives me Hulls 1-180 were built between 1947-48.  Hulls 181 to 500 were built after the war 1948-54

Let me know if I am close on what I see

Heyas!  Just a follow-up.  I really appreciate the help and I am sorry it took so long to get back here. 

Anyway,  unfortunately I ordered the pads from the supplier I found on Amazon.  Everything went perfect and the product was delivered ASAP, but I certainly would have ordered from Tom had I realized he was showing me a link from his own shop rather than Amazon. 

I looked at his link, grabbed the part number, and jumped over to Amazon and ordered before I realized he was showing me a link from his website. 

The price was the same, and the company is a few hours down the road in Austin, TX.  WIN/WIN. 

I'll know better next time.
