I thought this was not released until the 1st, but was in my local retailer yesterday to pick up some odds and ends and could not help but notice it. I was not sure I really needed it at first, but pulled the trigger anyway. I am in the middle of finishing a major bathroom reno as well as refurbishing the trim work around the house. It is nice to move the caulk, filler, hammer, set, sanding profiles, etc. that are not in systainers up from the shop around the house. Definitely glad I picked it up. Could see this being pretty handy for anyone moving smaller tools around with a stack of systainers around a job site.

I got a ProTool branded one about a year ago, and it's my dedicated "demolition" box. Pry bars, large chisel, carbide scrapers, cat's paw, auger bit, safety glasses, rough-work gloves, I keep some trash bags in there, and whatever else I need for any particular task. I like just having all that junk together in a box. I add a hammer when needed, batteries for the sawzall, drill etc. AND it is a great handle to steer/pull/push the CTs around. 
I've thought about getting another to dedicate to trim installation, but made do without it (I wish I'd had it a few weeks ago). Maybe down the road it'll be back in my shopping cart.
Or I'll hold out for the Sys-IV sized box. Though I suspect that one will be too deep, and suffer from old school tool box curse (what I need is buried at the bottom!)

I noticed that there is a deeper one in the new Festool catalog. When will that be available. I am thinking of getting it to store all the spare parts for my CMS in.

Te deeper boxes are great - I put things like cordless vacs in them and can still stack them. They're a great size - the standard ones are good for general hand tools - you'd end up stuffing too many hand tools in a big one and defeat its purpose of easy access.

I'll probably get one myself, but the last few years I've really been glad to have a couple of these on the jobsite. Great for clamps, tablesaw accessories or just moving tools back and forth from the shop to the trailer.

i bought the small and large one, thinking the small would be to small for me but it was ideal ones i put my drill in its proper box with charger underneath attached (attached) and left out all the rubbish and put a stuff that i have double of which is pointless, the large is to big for a main toolbox i think better for silicone glue etc. its bigger than it looks
